Dr. Willie E. Hester is a nephrologist and director of the Premier Cardiorenal Program and Hypertension. He received his medical degree from Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University, Internal Medicine residency at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, and fellowship in Nephrology at Duke University.
Olga is a Charlotte native trained locally as a registered medical assistant. Olga is bilingual (Spanish) and comes from a diverse background and experience beyond medical office management into phlebotomy, cardiac electrophysiology and technology. Currently, Olga trains the new generation of medical assistants and provides an example of a premier experience.
Yami is a rising pre-medical student at a local university and Office Clinical Specialist. Yami is bilingual (Spanish) and multidimensional in her approach to compassionate initial patient engagement and competent throughput of clinical services. Yami directs the Premier Tele-Cardiology and outreach programs to bring you universal access and care, anywhere, any time.

Yessenia "Jesse" is bilingual (Spanish) and is the Wellness Laboratory and Continued Care Services coordinator. She oversees all advanced testing and phlebotomy associated with the enhanced concierge patient programs
Ronnisha "Ro" is a singer and recent graduate of Brightwood College and director of the Premier Cardiovascular Care and Wellness Sleep Medicine, Optavia Premier and Cardiometabolic Specialty clinics
After a successful NIH basic science fellowship and Epidemiology training at Columbia University, he moved to Charlotte in 2009 to practice as an invasive cardiologist. He actively holds professorships at Yale University, Wingate University and University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. He also is the principal investigator of multiple trials involving cardiovascular disease, diabetes and pulmonary disease.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr Smith is a life member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc, a musician, and devout family man to his wife, Queen, and four busy scholar-athlete children.

Yale-trained physician-scientist certified by the American Board
of Internal Medicine in Cardiovascular Disease.
Dr Hester is a master educator and founder of KaiserTheKidneyDoc, an education series on cardiorenal topics for patients and young professionals. He continues to teach young providers at Gardner-Webb Physician Assistant program in the fields of Medicine and Nephrology. He is also a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.
